Family and friends can support artistic swimming in Saskatchewan through two separate programs – Sports Legacy Fund and Planned Giving.

Sask Sport Inc. is pleased to be a partner in the National Sport Trust Fund initiative as a member of the Canadian Council of Provincial and Territorial Sport Federations. This initiative permits Saskatchewan Artistic Swimming to establish revenue generation programs for which a charitable tax receipt can be provided for qualifying donations. Gifts of $20 or more will automatically receive a receipt. Charitable Registration #889386868 RR0001.

WHAT IS PLANNED GIVING?

Very simply, planned giving is planning to make a gift. Planned Gifts are generally funded from accumulated resources or assets, rather than income. The most common Planned Gift is a bequest in a personal will with other gifts being life insurance or gift in kind. The tax benefit from a bequest accrues to the donor's estate.
