Code of Conduct Policy - part of Dispute Resolution Policy
Purpose
To ensure a safe and positive environment by making Individuals aware that there is an expectation of appropriate behaviour consistent with this Code. The Association supports equal opportunity, prohibits discriminatory practices, and is committed to providing an environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and fairness.

Discipline & Complaints Policy - Part of Dispute Resolution Policy
Individuals and participants are expected to fulfill certain responsibilities and obligations including, but not limited to, complying with Association’s policies, Individual bylaws, rules and regulations, and Codes of Conduct.

The Association encourages all individuals and parties to communicate openly, collaborate, and use problem-solving and negotiation techniques to resolve their differences.

Conflict of Interest Policy - Part of Dispute Resolution Policy
This Policy describes how Individuals will conduct themselves in matters relating to conflict of interest, and will clarify how Individuals shall make decisions in situations where conflict of interest may exist.

To set rules for the collection and disclosure of personal information in a manner that recognizes the right of privacy of individuals in respect to their personal information and the need Saskatchewan Artistic Swimming must collect, use and/or disclose personal information.

Saskatchewan Artistic Swimming is committed to creating a sport environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. Coaches have a responsibility to create a sporting environment that is free of harassment, abuse, bullying and neglect.
