Mandate: To provide qualified officials for competitions through recruitment, training, and ongoing professional development.

Goals 

• To ensure a full slate of active officials.
• To ensure fair and equitable officiating at competitions.
• To recruit officials.
• To provide officials training/upgrading courses.
• To fund professional developmental opportunities.
• To work with the artistic swimming community to understand officiating.

• Ensure a full slate of active officials at all competitions.
• Develop or assign the judging panels for each meet.
• Work with the Executive Director to organize accommodations and meals for officials at each meet.
• Ensure fair and equitable officiating at competitions.
• Maintain and review meet statistics.
• Recruit officials.
• Provide officials training / upgrading courses.
• Fund developmental opportunities.
• Work with coaches and athletes to understand judging.
